Sleep
The change most people mention first. Falling asleep more easily, waking less through the night, and getting up without the usual heaviness.
Often within the first week
Most often on the 5 Day Rejuvenation
What to expect
We have only just opened, so we cannot show you years of guest stories — and we are not going to borrow anyone else’s. Here is exactly what happens instead, and what tends to change.
Because we have not earned them yet. Devbhoomi Sanjeevani is newly opened, and a page of glowing quotes from a centre with no guests would tell you nothing true. What we can tell you is who is treating you, how a stay is structured, and what changes people generally notice — drawn from our founder’s twenty-five years of practice rather than from our own reception book. As guests complete their programs and agree to share, their words will appear here, with their consent and without editing.
What changes
Not everyone experiences all six, and the order differs from person to person. These are tendencies, not promises — your constitution decides a great deal.
The change most people mention first. Falling asleep more easily, waking less through the night, and getting up without the usual heaviness.
Often within the first week
Most often on the 5 Day Rejuvenation
Less bloating and heaviness after meals, a more regular appetite, and a rhythm that holds once the home diet is being followed.
Usually two to three weeks
Most often on the 3 Day Detox
The afternoon slump softens first. Guests describe steadier energy through the day rather than a burst followed by nothing.
Builds over the stay
Most often on the 15 Day Wellness Retreat
Warm oil therapies ease morning stiffness; the therapeutic yoga is what keeps the range of movement once you are home.
Gradual, over weeks
Most often on the 10 Day Healing
Shirodhara and breath work settle an overstimulated nervous system. A quieter mind, and a steadier temper under pressure.
Often after two or three sessions
Most often on the Stress Management
The part that decides everything else — a short practice, a workable diet and a routine that survives the return to ordinary life.
The following three to six months
Most often on the 30 Day Transformation
Your first visit
Allow an hour and a half. Bring recent lab reports and a written list of any medication, and come on a light stomach if you can — the pulse reads more clearly that way.
Book AppointmentHistory
Where it starts
Forty-five minutes on your history, digestion, sleep, work, stress and what you have already tried. Nothing is examined until this conversation has happened.
Examination
Nadi pariksha and more
Pulse reading with three fingers, then tongue, eyes, nails and skin. Any lab reports you bring are read alongside, not instead.
Explanation
In plain language
Your physician explains what he has found and why — constitution, current imbalance, and which of your symptoms are connected to which cause.
The plan
Prioritised, not exhaustive
A short written protocol: what to do first, second and third. We deliberately keep it brief, because four remedies you take beat twelve you abandon.
Honesty
Including when to go elsewhere
If a shorter program will do, we say so. If what you need is a cardiologist or a psychiatrist, we say that too, and we help you get there.
Where we draw the line
Ayurveda is widely oversold, and that does the tradition no favours. These are the promises you will not hear from us, however much you might want to.
Ayurveda and Yoga are complementary systems. They support medical care and, for some conditions, they are not the primary answer.
Any change to a prescription is a decision for the doctor who wrote it. We supply our notes to support that conversation.
No guaranteed weight loss, no promised laboratory value. Bodies differ, adherence differs, and anyone promising otherwise is guessing.
Acute emergencies, cancer care, serious psychiatric illness and anything needing surgery belong elsewhere. We will tell you so on the first call.
What you can hold us to
The centre has just opened, so we have no wall of reviews to show you — and we are not going to invent one. These are the commitments instead. Every guest, from the first.
Your first consultation runs forty-five minutes and covers history, digestion, sleep, work and stress before anyone examines you. Nothing is prescribed until that conversation has happened.
Every guest, every time
If three days will do what you came for, we will say so rather than sell you ten. If what you need is a cardiologist rather than a cleanse, we will say that too.
Even when it costs us the booking
You leave with a written protocol in plain language — which herbs, when, which foods to favour this season, and the two or three habits that will move the needle most for your pattern.
Before you go home
No rotating agency therapists. A small team you will come to know, reviewed each morning by the physician who wrote your protocol.
Deliberately small
Bring your prescriptions and lab reports. We never ask anyone to stop prescribed medication, and we will share our notes with your physician whenever you want us to.
Complementary, not competing
You receive an inclusive written quotation before any payment is requested. No treatment menu appears halfway through your stay.
Fixed once your deposit is in
Guest reviews will appear here as our first visitors share them.
Be among the first
Come for a consultation, or a single day, and judge us on what actually happens. If you are willing to share your experience afterwards, we would be glad to publish it — in your words, unedited.
No obligation. No sales script. Our team calls you back within one working day.
